Can i use Pop-ups (Pop-unders) and Google Adsense on Same Page

Can i use Pop-ups (Pop-unders) and Google Adsense together on Same Page? Many of the bloggers and publishers want to display Adsense ads along with Pop up ads, but is this against Adsense TOS?

Google Adsense ads can be placed on a page which has a maximum of 3 pop ups, but there are restrictions -

The pop ups must only display banner ads and must not initiate any downloads.
Sites may not change user preferences.
Pop ups must not redirect users to unwanted websites.
Pop ups may not contain malware that interfere with site navigation.
AdSense must not be loaded by any software that triggers pop-ups.
Pop ups must not modify users browser settings.
These are some of the restriction by Google Adsense if you are placing ads on a website or blog which have pop up ads. If you don’t know or understand about all the above listed points, you better stay away from pop up ads because you might loose Adsense account.
