Google Changed (Modified) Image Search Display. Google has changed the way to display images when you search. Major search engine Google says it has indexed of over 10 billion images.

Here are some of the new feautures:

• Dense tiled layout designed to make it easy to look at lots of images at once.
• Google will now show up to 1,000 images at once, all in one scrolling page.
• When you hover images large thumbnail previews are popped out.
• When you click on image, you will be taken to a new landing page that displays a large image in context, with the website it’s hosted on visible right behind it.
• When you click anywhere outside the image, and you will be taken to original page directly.

Google official Smith says -

“For advertisers, we’re launching a new ad format called Image Search Ads. These ads appear only on Google Images, and they let you include a thumbnail image alongside your lines of text. These upgrades are rolling out in most of our local interfaces worldwide over the next few days.”
