Steps to download youtube video from Safari browser:
Open Safari browser and open the video in youtube which you want to download
Pause the video and go to the Window menu
Then click on Activity
The activity window opens and shows what are currently running in the Safari browser tabs with the file size
Now select the highest size file in it and double click on it (as shown in above screen shot)
The download will start in few seconds and will be downloaded in .flv video format.
